The 2022 Toyota Tundra takes a leap into the future, ditching the old-school V8 in favor of a twin-turbocharged V6 engine that delivers improved torque, power, and efficiency for your everyday driving needs. You’ll get 389 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque to play with, both of which mark major improvements over the outgoing Tundra model. Efficiency gets a major upgrade with this configuration, offering up to 18 mpg city and 24 mpg highway. Previous models achieved just 17 mpg highway, and only 13 mpg around town.
Tech-Forward Cabin
You’ll find an upsized 12.3-inch digital infotainment display in the center of the dash, showing you a wealth of information and giving you custom views for media, navigation, performance, and more. The larger display is massively helpful for backing up to a trailer, giving you a widescreen view and guide lines to help make hitching up a breeze.
