The advisor assist me inside regarding witj the service on my vehicle He said it gonna take 2 or more house to get it done. But today's service oil change, multi point inspection and other stuff it only took over an hour. That was great no need for me wait for another hour. I was looking for a white Corolla Hybrid. Something to get me to point A to point B with all the creature comforts of apple play, modern interior, etc. I reached out to Concord Toyota, and Niccu replied to me with the white Corolla that was available. Advised me to come in as soon as possible as a highly desirable car. Got there, and Niccu greeted me, wasted no time showing me the car and getting things going. Time is money, and I was in and out in about two hours! Will definitely be coming back and asking for Niccu for my friends cars, and my moms car.

Your salesman Niko did an excellent job of keeping us informed. We had been waiting for five months for the car we bought to become available somewhere. When I arrived to pick up the car, Niko spent a good amount of time explaining features of the car. The last new car I'd had was a 2009 model, so a lot has changed, and the orientation was much appreciated.

Joe and Sing were a great help. When we first came in on Sunday Joe spent over 2 hours with us. No pressure to buy the car. He made me feel very comfortable and did a great job explaining all the features. Today Sing helped me finalize the purchase. I had a great experience recently purchasing a 2023 Hybrid Carolla LE at Concord Toyota from sales associate Dre Silveira. Can not praise the sales side of this dealership any higher. Our Sales Consultant, Cas Henderson, was wonderful - he was patient, not pushy, and gave us enough information to make a good decision. Unfortunately, the processing/finance side was not so good. After we had a deal, we had to wait at the dealership for over three hours with our paperwork in a queue waiting for an understaffed finance side to process. The least the dealership could have done was provide some snacks or something for those us waiting to have our paperwork processed as the wait extended well into the evening (we started around 1:30 pm). But give Cas credit - he waited with us the whole time.

We had leased out car from here and after our term we wanted to buy this and we loved the service provided by “LISA”. Such a experienced person to buy car and she made it quick and easy. I would highly suggest LISA if you want to buy your car! Now let’s come to bad experience. Just a week before we went there for the same service and there was a girl who came to help us and if I’m not wrong her name is SIENNA, young, tall and slim(giving description to be accurate) was sooo rude that we actually gave a second thought whether to buy it or return the car. She needs to learn how to talk to customers and have some respect to them coz we are buying with our money and not with her money. I wouldn’t recommend her for any service!!

I've been searching for a Blue Camry XSE for a few months. After checking your inventory on-line, I was put in contact with Sienna. She was very helpful by sending me photos of the car. It was the right blue. It took about 4-5 days for me to get into your store as I live in Tracy. When we arrived, Cas assisted us. He provided professional and outstanding service with a test drive and helping us purchase the car. In Finance dept., Angel also did a great job explaining the contract and services. I even had a couple of follow up questions about 4 days after our purchase. Angel called and was again very helpful. Before we drove away, the car was washed and prepared for us to take away. There were a couple of areas on the car which seem to have some spots. The detail service staff did a wonderful job. All the staff we came in contact with at Concord Toyota were friendly, professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in making the new car buying experience as pleasant as possible. We bought our 20220 Venza XLE from Concord Toyota yesterday. It was a very simple, smooth and pleasant experience. It started from a reasonable asking price, that helped us to make decision quickly. Lisa is very helpful, detailed, understanding and FAST. Explained everything in point, sometimes even before we finished question -- just my feeling in a good way. I mean she knows what customer wants to know, and she is ready for the questions and can present answers quickly. Buying a car is time-consuming, sometime can be laborious; Lisa sure knows how to save time for all. In the car Lisa gave us detailed explanation showing how to operate/connect all the functions of this vehicle. For a while I felt like being helped by company IT manager. This took quite a while. I guess it really needs patience from the person who is helping. Thank you Lisa. In the end during signing stage Angel walked us through all the paper works. We noticed Angel read out the most important items to us. we bought many Honda vehicles before, this never happened once -- maybe because it is too boring. I really appreciate Angel emphasizing the key items by reading through those, making sure we understand all the numbers. This is important to give customer a clear idea what he/she is signing. Besides the high interest rate they tried to stick me with and the higher markup, the staff was friendly. The car came in within the two weeks that was estimated. They were patient with my questions. After the car was purchased, I was waiting on the call to install the Karr alarm and I reached out to my salesman Joseph A. which he had someone call me within 24 hours to arrange something. It's been a little over a month since I've had my car and I'm absolutely in love with it.

The Rav 4 XLE premium /TRD/ off road suspension is a smooth ride . Seats are plushy & comfy. Vehicle was a perfect designed . I wished that I could afford $750.00 But, I had to settle for a 2020 Rav 4 xle Premium. $ 740.00 per month was out of my budget .

Concord Toyota had a desirable car that has been marked up in the southern california region. I called in the morning, drove 3 hours after work to get the car, and left with the car around 11pm. Overall, Joshua Martinez was great to work with. The only caveat was that there was only one finance manager that late working with another customer. I would have hoped that they would have another one on stand by knowing that a customer is driving 3 hours to buy a car, and I could have been out a lot sooner! (3 hour drive back and work at 5:30 in the am only left me with 3 hours of sleep :(

I arrived at 8 pm, and only one finance manager was working with another customer. However the overall service with my car was great until i saw the leather seats in the back. I would really appreciate that next time the service department works on my car and has to deal with the interior of the car that they put gloves on because they put more than several spots of black stuff on the leather which really disappointed me. I recently had a major transmission repair along with a transaxle ball joint seal repair and rear brake update. All went well and the service department was great. Good communication and great personnel. Naturally, repair costs are going to be higher at a Toyota service dealership, but I did not have the time to shop around for other mechanics. Toyota's service department has always been reliable for me. I find it is important to ask a lot of questions about the repair work that your car requires and for the mechanic to photo document the work that is being performed, so you know exactly what is being done and why.

originally had an issue with swirls upon the paint job of my car by the service department when attempting to buff out a small scratch when I purchased the vehicle. Michael the general manager reached out to me on the issue and asked me to bring the vehicle back to the dealership so that they may look at the car and fix the problem. I went to see Kathryn, the service department manager, and explained the situation. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and assured me she could remedy the problem. When we returned to pick the car up it was in perfect condition! We were very pleased with the results, the staff and the above average service we received!

Went to buy a brand new car; sales guy was cool, finance manager Angel was really cool, the overall experience was pretty good, BUT less than 72 hours of owning my brand new car (had 4 miles on it when I test drove it the day I bought it), I'm having issues with the gas lid popping open randomly.. already have to make an appt to take advantage of warranty... Again.. the PEOPLE and the buying experience, two thumbs, without a doubt.. but... ...Driving a brand new car off the lot and having to schedule it in for work less than a few days later!??... not impressive... It actually really bothers me.. it took the luster off the experience a bit... It happens when you start the car up and randomly sitting there playing with gadgets and whatnot... I would think the people handling this car had to have experienced this, not 100% sure... In any case, thank goodness for warranties. The People = Yes, Cars on the lot = ...jury's out on this one...

I made an appointment with Kelli from Concord Toyota through e-mail under the assumption I would be meeting with her to possibly by the Chevy Colorado you have on your lot. My appointment was at 12:00 pm I arrived at 11:50 am I walked into the showroom and up to the receptionist and told her I have an appointment at noon with kelli. She had no idea what I was talking about and said Kelli was off today. I showed the receptionist the e-mail and she said our used cars are right there Daniel will be out with you shortly. Needless to say 15 minutes later and NO Daniel, mind you I’m the only costumer at the Dealership at the time. Then Rafael walks over and asks if I need assistance. Had to have my Prius towed from my home to Concord Toyota and from the very beginning, everyone was very helpful. My original call was to service desk to make the appt and the woman i spoke to was very patient and helpful. She helped me w steps needed to be taken (I had to call AAA). Then i had to call back to change the day and the woman i spoke to then was just as accommodating and helped take care of the change. When I arrived on my appt day w tow truck w my Prius in tow, I spoke to Dalton at the service desk and i cant tell you how extremely courteous he was. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. And when he wasnt able to answer them, he asked his colleagues rather than just take a wild random stabby guess. I tend to ask a lot of questions so I really appreciated how he didnt brush me off. I left my car there and went home.. and a few hours later he called back to let me know the status of my car and what needed to be done and wanted to know if i would want to go ahead w the service. I said yes and he said he would call back to let me know when it was done. When it was done a few hours later he called back to let me know but that the shuttle service had closed for the day so he would call me first thing in the morning to schedule a car to come get me. I was pretty sure as it always goes w other places, that i would end up having to call them in the morning to have them pick me up but i was completely impressed when i got a call in the morning from Dalton telling me he hadn’t forgotten me and that the shuttle would be on its way to get me. All the way from beginning to end, Dalton showed extreme professionalism. He was upbeat and just all around NICE. Actually, EVERYONE there is really nice. Ive been going to them for years now and I have never really had a bad experience w them. I’m moving in a few days and as silly as it may sound, i will be sad when i have to go to a different Toyota dealer for services. Five stars to Concord Toyota and ten stars to Dalton!

It was nice coming in to a place I can trust and can depend on.

Sales Rep. was wonderful, Angel the Finance Rep. was quite rude and disrespectful. We arrived at 9am to purchase a Toyota Avalon. The sales rep. was very helpful in explaining the car's features and benefits. We test drove the car and told her we wanted to purchase it. The General Manager was nice, confirmed the numbers and we refused the extended warranty. Now we waiting for about 1.5 hours to see the Finance Rep., Angel. At first, he was friendly and pleasant but when we refused the extended warranty, (which the price was reduced from $3k to $1500), he turned less friendly with curt comments like "...didn't I say sign here.." I looked at my wife, she caught it too and we almost walked out, but after 4 hours (1pm when we left with the key) we saw it through. Yes, I would recommend buying a car from Concord Toyota, but don't take any crap or rudeness from anyone. YOU ARE BUYING THEIR CAR. In this case, Angel forgot that one point.

The person who checked my vehicle in for its Toyota Care service was very educated about my car and helped answer all the questions I had. I didn't have to wait long for the check in and the service for my 10k mile took an hour but they went above and beyond the typical oil service and tire rotation. They did a complete inspection and tried to clean a pen mark off my leather seats plus cleared a flag on my map and updated the mapping system. Compared to another dealership, I'd rather come here to Toyota Concord.

Service was good but they called me at 11:45 and said my car was done and they would be picking me up in 20 minutes to pick it up. Well, didn’t pick me up till 2:45, that sucked most of the day shot waiting for the transport

I had a great experience as always. I am always flustered when I get there and even without a appointment I was scheduled for my maintenance right away and they fixed my tire. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours and the staff always seems to have incredible patience with me. I am very grateful.

For months I had an issue with the volume level listening to music via IHeart radio. After calling Toyota and getting a software update at Concord Toyota on July 29th it did nothing. I went back to Concord Toyota on September 17th for a tire rotation and brought my paperwork form July 29th regarding the update. My service advisor was Shanden Dodds. I explained the situation to Shanden . He listened and gave suggestions of things to try. It was a simple fix. I really appreciated the time Shanden took to listen and help me fix the problem right there on the spot!!

Mark Richardson consistently gives outstanding service. His listening skills are incredible. He remembers things that you had mentioned in the past and takes it into account when it applies to the current service. He always responds promptly and explains everything thoroughly. He prioritizes my future service needs and gives estimates for each item. He takes the time to go to the parts department so that the estimates he gives me have the actual price of the particular part needed. Companies should watch him in action if they want to see what outstanding customer service looks like. Outstanding customer service is very rare these days. I do not take this for granted.

Just before Thanksgiving, we bought a 2010 Scion xD from Concord Toyota for our 22-year-old daughter. She now lives in Southern California and was recently involved in a very bad accident. Her car was totaled so it was extremely important to us that she had another safe, reliable car, especially since she lives six hours away from us. We believe that car, a Scion, (and seat belts) saved her life. Shortly after we bought the car, a couple of repair issues came up. I contacted the General Manager, Goardon Shek. He asked me to forward him the repair invoices and he made it right. As he told me, they stand behind the cars they sell. I believe it. We feel so much better about our choice of vehicle and dealership. We will definitely go to Concord Toyota when we are in need of a vehicle!

very honest, he calls if he find something wrong with the car and corrected right away, he tells me what has to be done for the regular change oil and inspections of all needed to be done. he is very punctual the time that he recommended that my car when is done. Concord Toyota has great service. I have always taken my car there for maintenance from the first day I purchased it. On my last visit I had Arvid Funcannon as my service person. This is the 2nd time he helped me. He did a great job both times in getting my car back to me in a timely manner. He called and kept me undated and recommend services that I should consider. Today, I came in for an appointment at 1:30 PM. When I arrived, the service associate says that my appointment and it?s set for tomorrow. Which didn?t make sense because I wouldn?t make that appointment because I have dental appointment at that time tomorrow. The associate said to talk to the service associate inside. When I got inside, the associate didn?t pay attention and gave us the cold shoulder. The associate looked busy but I felt he wasn?t going to even hear our story as we were explaining. We wanted to leave and in our mind we were like ?we?re not come back to this location. , they aren?t even acknowledging my presence? Suddenly, Martin Benson, overheard our conversation and asked us to come into his office. His attitude made us welcomed and apologized that his associate was busy and he would like to fix the situation. He was so friendly/nice and gave us an option to have the appointment done today. Mr Martin Benson is awesome and I will be back in the future. I hope there will be many more Mr Benson

I always come here for my maintenance plans and this time my service advisor was Mark. Mark and Arvid are the nicest advisors that have helped me out. I would highly recommend to pick any of these service advisors, they'll get you done quickly. Both nice people, hard working, and actually care about the customers (from my experience).
