Those changes won’t alter your Toyota Prius driving experience, as what’s underneath these cosmetic and name changes remains intact. You’ll still get up to 57 mpg in the city from the punchy 197-horsepower hybrid powertrain. And the Prius PHEV retains its 220-horsepower split power unit with up to 44 miles of EV-only range for your shorter commutes around Oakland and Walnut Creek.
